Who can you involve in the assessment?
(1) Self Assessment
Your opinion counts. It is important that you assess yourself and do a self-assessment of Future Skills.
(2) Supervisor/Manager
You can invite one or more supervisors to evaluate you. If you are not currently employed, you can also invite former supervisors.
(3) Peers
The opinions of your peers are an important component. You can choose them by yourself. These are project colleagues, work colleagues or private colleagues where there is no hierarchical superiority/subordination. It does make sense to also consider reference persons from your private environment.
(4) Employees
Do you lead or have you led employees? As a manager or project leader it is important to know the opinion of your employees.
